Is TRAINOLIC really free?

Free includes workout logging, basic analytics (Pulse tab), 2 programs, and full workout history. Pro (from $2.99/mo) unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited programs, and CSV import.

Do I need to create an account?

No account needed. Open the app and start tracking immediately. Your data stays on your device — private by default.

How is this different from Strong or Hevy?

Strong and Hevy are loggers. TRAINOLIC is a logger with a brain. You get a 0-100 training score, per-muscle volume analysis against research benchmarks (10-20 sets/week), 1RM progression with stall detection, anterior/posterior balance ratios, and improvement plans with weekly prescriptions. Five analytics tabs, not just a history list.

Is my workout data stored on your servers?

No. All processing happens locally on your device. Your data is never uploaded to any server. We literally cannot see your workouts.

Can I import my existing workout data?

Yes. With Pro, you can import your history from Strong, Hevy, or any CSV workout log. Smart column detection handles most formats automatically.
