Trainalytics is a free, browser-based workout analytics tool. Users can upload CSV files containing their gym logs or workout history. The Service analyzes this data to provide insights including volume tracking, strength progression, muscle group distribution, and training recommendations.

All data processing occurs locally within your web browser. The Service does not store user data on external servers.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
